The photographer I picked was Werner Bischof. His story showed a poor person going on a ship, then curling up in a ball because of the freezing cold.

I chose Diana Markosian for my photographer. She took photos of people that survived the 1915 Armenian genocide and showing the people's reactions for the first time since it happened. One photos is of a man standing in the road with everything destroyed, but in front of him is a landscape photo of what his home used to look like.

I chose the one of the people looking on at the burning Notre Dame in France. I chose this one because it shows the people in the front looking on towards the burning building and you can just tell how devastated these people are. Cody K.

I chose Lindokuhle Sobekwa shows the life of what looks to be a drug addict. He looks so sad and miserable to be living the life he is; homeless and almost lifeless. Not knowing when he and others can stop, until theere isn't a next time. -Liv R

It tells the story of people. How lonely a person can be throughout their whole lives. It starts out with a young person, growing older. Then they have someone next to them but still are not happy. And then this person lost that person and they feel like they are alone in the wilderness, like how they felt before.

Christina De Middel, she did a whole series on African spirituality that I found really interesting because of all the visuals that may look eerie to some people but they are all just part of the culture and the rituals. She brings to light that voodoo is not what it looks like in movies. J Abney
