I really like the picture that shows an aerial view of all the people standing outside of the building and you just see a sea of red. I think this really shows the importance of it. I don't really like the one of the kids marching, because they might not know all the details about it. Cody K.

The picture I liked the most is the sky view of all the people wearing red crowded in one area during the protest. The one that I feel like didn't tell much is the one with the dog because I didn't feel anything from it there was like 3-4 people but couldn't see there faces.

I think that picture #2 should not be included because they are laughing when this is a serious situation and they could be taken as not serious about this cause.Picture # 58 because kids were getting involved which means the situation is really bad._Avery B

The picture of the woman making a speech was powering and showed that there are people trying to solve an ongoing problem and an ongoing issue. The picture of the little girl made it look boring and she honestly looked like she would rather be anywhere but there with everyone and it may have to do with people getting there kids to go do something and support something that they don't necessarily understand.- Skylar Hays

I like the pic with the girl wearing the hat that says rock, because it shows emotion. I dont think the picture of the three people smileing accurately shows how i would assume people were feeling. Ben.O

The photo with Lily Eskelsen Garcia speaking to the croud is very effective. The photo of the shoes on the podium makes it look boring.

I think one image that has a good emotional response is number 60, it shows a mother holding a child and a sign that says "only so much time". I don't like number 23, just because it doesn't show the people, and half of the image is of someones stomach. It's just not attractive and does not evoke any emotions.

Theres one that is of a cop on an atv and it looks like he was taking a selfie in front of the crowd. One that I dont think is good or effective is that there is a sign with a kid holding it and it says "my mom made me come here rather than do my homework! things must be bad!"

I really think all of the pictures with giant groups of red are really cool and make an impact. I saw the teachers just want to have fund$ sign this morning online too so #11 I think thats really cheesy but its kinda funny. Just doesn't really get much of a point across like some of the other signs. Jaelyn A

the picture where the girl is giveing a speech i feel means a lot but the picture that has everyone laughing dosent make sense because its a serious matter jordyn.l

I think the best is the photo is the one that shows the amount of people in red shirts that were marching there to support. The worst/least ineffective are the photos are of the people speaking, they're not super influential at all in my opinion.

The picture of the woman holding a sign that says "every school deserves a nurse" works and is effective because health is very important in large schools. I think pictures of the bored, tired children makes this event look boring and a waste of time.

I think that the picture with the lady wearing her glasses and all you could see was people protesting and having people fight for something they believe. Having that all you see with teachers, families, children. It seems so important. Also the one with the kids is so so so important. It expresses that it's not only affecting the teachers, but the students, and the teachers children. It seems so much more impactful.
I feel like the one picture with the dog wasn't super impactful in my opinion. I don't see the story behind it.

I liked the areal view of the crowd because it shows how many people were really their. I didn't like the picture of the feet on the podium because it didn't really say anything. Mia M

The picture of the view across the water front showing all the at the water front. I feel that the photos taken of the people on the stage if people don't know what it is might get the wrong picture. Kekoa.L

I think the best image was the one with the little red headed boy and part of a sign in which we can only see the words, "... can change everything." One image that could be left out is the one of two kids posing in a cart with their mom taking a picture of them rather than participating in the protest. Savannah R-B

I like the picture of the girl looking emotionally moved at her guidance teacher speaking; I think it shows how important teachers and staff are to kids. I think the picture of the toes on the podium just doesn't make complete sense to the montage of photos.-Sadie H.

a picture that effectively tells a story is the one where there is people marching and the police car in the front. a picture that should not be there could be the one where the lady is blowing bubbles it does not really show anything. -lizeth v.r

I think photo #48 shows how many people were participating and that it's a widespread issue. I think photo #53 is pointless since it's just someone blowing bubbles being the only focus. Nothing to do with the situation. -Jennifer J.

The picture you used for this blog really represents the protest this weekend. Seeing kids protest along with teachers tell the story. I don't think theres one picture that shouldn't have been included, they all show different perspectives of his protest.

I think a photo that is very affective is the one where everyone is on the grass and they are holding up signs, it's also so full that you cannot see the grass. A picture of just a young girl I think doesn't belong in this because it is about teachers getting paid better and this just a photo of a little girl looking sad.-edson j

The photo with children in them seem to push the problem to there side more. It shows them that they have kids and or grandkids that are going to deal with this problem Tyler o.

There was a photo of a mother holding her daughter. I assume she was a teacher holding her daughter close to her both with sorrowful looks on their face.
there are multiple photos that are just of the large mass as a whole. for me this doesn't say much I feel more effected by a photo of one individuals emotions and i'm not the only one who thinks that way.

I think the one that looked powerful and meaningful was the lady who was speaking up on the podium and she also had a lot of powerful expressions on her face. The one that looked really silly was the one of the marching band I understand it's for the protest but it made it look silly.

The picture of the kid holding the sign that says, "my mom made me come here instead of doing my homework! Things must be bad. " thats funny. A lot of the pictures seem like duplicates. Charlie B

The picture with everybody walking and all the red makes it feel like its something big and theres a lot of people supporting it. While the pictured of a redhead girl in the arms of her mom with a facil expression of boredom makes you feel like they don't even care
